How booking a Matterhorn trip works

1 · Choose the viewpoint first

Gornergrat, Glacier Paradise and Sunnegga give very different views of the peak. Decide which you want, then look at tickets and tours for it.

2 · Watch the cloud

The peak is often hidden by cloud. Check each product's weather and rebooking terms, and keep the day flexible if you can.

3 · Count the travel

Day tours from Geneva or Zurich spend much of the day on trains. Compare time actually spent in Zermatt, not only the price.
